Adoptions Counselor, Operations Volunteer & Foster
Operations - Slack Development & Onboarding
Led the development and implementation of our Adoptions-wide Slack channel to fill communication gaps by creating accessible channels and direct messaging capabilities.
Maintain ownership over the project and post-implementation onboarding of new adoption volunteers and full-time staff.
Adoptions Counselor - Social Media
Co-manages our Adoptions "Going Home" photos to social media to promote adoptions and congratulate once-homeless dogs after finding their furever homes through Saving Grace.
Adoptions & Operations Volunteer - CRM Development
Project development for CRM data management system Shelterluv spanning 6-month period of planning, implementation, and troubleshooting. Advised from the perspective of an Adoptions Counselor, Foster, and Operations Volunteer.

Responsible for development of inbound process following reorganization, updating marketing sequences based on data analysis, and participating in a beta team for new sales compensation software.
